What is the purpose of this job?
Together with the rest of the architectural team, you will design technical solutions to meet business objectives, defining a path through technical challenges during program inception through to delivery, adapting architecture and communicating changes to stakeholders, so that programs avoid technical blockers and align with the company’s technology roadmap.
What can I expect to do in this job?
It is expected that you will take ownership of parts of the solution space, with responsibility to define the architecture using well know diagrammatic representations (C4, UML, BPM etc) as well as textual descriptions and verbal presentation of your design. You will also need to adapt the style of your designs to meet the different audiences (technical, business, public). Participate in discussions about your designs with the rest of the architectural team, where you will be expected to articulate and defend the reasoning of your design as well as concede to consensus to accommodate the teams’ views.
