Station Support Assistant (Non-Safety Critical) - Part Time
We are looking for a part time Station Support Assistant based at Newark Northgate station. The role is to work every Wednesday and Saturday, totaling 14 hours per week. The earliest start time is 07:00 and the latest finish time is 21:30.
As a Station Support Assistant, you will be the friendly face of LNER, providing essential assistance to our customers. Your responsibilities will include helping with luggage, addressing complaints, answering questions about timetables, and contributing to the safe, punctual, and efficient departure of train services. You will also actively assist customers boarding services in good time and support platform teams in managing customer flow.
