Shape the Future of a Unique Estate

We are seeking an experienced Estates Project Manager to take responsibility for a varied portfolio of projects across the London Transport Museum estate. This is a hands-on role requiring an understanding of busy public buildings and a strong background in facilities management, estates projects, and building services.

You will manage projects from inception to completion, encompassing roof repairs, building fabric upgrades, office moves, decarbonisation programs, and Building Management System (BMS) enhancements. Working across multiple sites, you will manage contractors and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient project delivery with minimal disruption. Post-completion, you will provide operational oversight for ancillary sites, including disused London Underground spaces, managing maintenance and keyholding. We are looking for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, have a proven track record in delivering impactful estates and facilities projects, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Strong Estates, Facilities or Property Project Management experience
• Experience managing buildings, premises or multi-site estates
• Experience working in busy, live operational environments
• A track record of delivering facilities and infrastructure projects
• Experience managing facilities contracts and maintenance programmes
• Knowledge of building services, M&E and BMS systems
• Experience delivering roof, refurbishment or estate improvement projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and internal communications skills
• Strong project planning, budgeting and organisational abilities
• Ability to present information clearly and engagingly
• Experience managing external contractors and suppliers

You'll Stand Out If You Have

• Delivered decarbonisation programmes
• Worked on low-carbon heating or heat pump projects
• Managed office moves or estate transformation projects
• Experience within heritage, cultural, public sector or visitor attraction environments
