About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Host, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming onboard atmosphere and ensuring customers have a positive journey. Your responsibilities will include serving customers in the cafe bar or providing at-seat service via the 'Lets eat at your seat' app, managing cash and stock, and serving complimentary food and beverages in First Class. You will also gain knowledge of health and safety procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment onboard.

What You'll Need:

  • Extensive customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A proven ability to deliver personalized and memorable customer service.
  • Effective communication skills, especially during challenging situations or disruptions.
  • Proven soft sales skills and experience in product management.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older due to serving/selling alcohol.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
