About the role
We are seeking passionate individuals to join Transport for London in a brand-new role as an Assistant People and Change Partner. This position is central to our updated People and Change operating model, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting business-led change projects, shaping local people plans, and driving colleague strategy initiatives across TfL.
As an Assistant People and Change Partner, you will play a crucial role in delivering our people and change priorities. Your responsibilities will include providing HR and ER support, embedding new ways of working, and contributing to the creation of a consistent, high-quality service for the business.

- People Business Partnering
- People and Change Implementation
- Operating Model Design
This structure allows for broad exposure, the development of versatile skills, and collaboration with colleagues and teams such as Employee Relations, Finance, Legal, and Communications. You will be actively involved in:
- Producing insightful analysis and documentation.
- Supporting workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Assisting with the design and delivery of operating model change projects.
- Planning and embedding change within business areas.
- Supporting the Business Partnering team in delivering priorities and HR BAU deliverables for their business unit's people strategy.
