About the Role

This role involves accurately updating systems, databases, and records, and providing support to Section Planners and Section Administrators. You will also undertake data quality checks and assist in the preparation of reports.

Key Accountabilities

• Accurately update systems, databases and records as required.
• Provide support and assistance to Section Planners and Section Administrators as required.
• Undertake checks on data quality in the delivery unit as required.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and information on data quality.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of relevant Company IT systems.
• Good communication and organisation skills.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of works planning and scheduling.
• Knowledge of maintenance delivery processes and techniques.
• Knowledge of operational railway environment.
