Supply chain Trainee

Eurostar, the leading high-speed rail operator in Europe, is looking for a Supply Chain Intern to join their dynamic, connected, and cosmopolitan international team. You will contribute directly to the operational performance and reliability of the Eurostar service within the Rolling Stock department.

In this role, you will be involved in daily activities and continuous improvement projects for the Supply Chain team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Forecasting parts requirements to anticipate consumption and ensure availability.
• Preparing order forecasts for repairable parts and monitoring consumption.
• Participating in the management and optimization of stocks, including tracking internal and partner stock levels.
• Identifying and analyzing overstock situations to contribute to optimization and reduction of unused stock.
• Providing operational support to the Supply Chain team, including analyzing forecast reliability, updating tracking files, and preparing internal meetings.
• Exploiting and analyzing Supply Chain data to identify trends, measure performance, and propose areas for improvement.
• Participating in various continuous improvement projects within the team.

This experience will provide you with a concrete and operational understanding of Supply Chain within an international and industrial environment.
