You will greet customers warmly in a polite and professional manner at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue protection
  • Customer service
  • Security
  • Information provision

This role operates in a dynamic environment where you will sometimes be working under pressure. It is crucial to promote maximum customer goodwill through high standards of courtesy and service, including providing proactive assistance.

We are looking for individuals who can work clearly and accurately under pressure and tight timescales, think logically, literally, and creatively. The ideal candidate will possess and demonstrate the following:

  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High standards of honesty and integrity
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change

All station-based roles may involve standing for long periods and working shifts, including weekends, nights, and bank holidays.

In return, you will be rewarded with an interesting and varied work schedule in an environment where learning and progression are actively encouraged. You will enjoy great company and industry benefits, along with the support of a passionate team.
